Is there a website hosting service that will charge you monthly?

Try SquareHost.com I'm with them now and they do a phenomenal job. Monthly payments aren't that bad either. 3.95 a month I think. Or you can pay for the year for $16. Best decision I made.

Most of them will charge you monthly.

I've reviewed a great service in my free website report that charges you only $11.50pm and allows you to build a great website within your account, so you don't even need to get a website built separately.

Its currently the best website builder available.
