It's better if you make your own website. buying an existing website could cost a lot. I created my own website. It's actually a website for my blogs. I also would suggest you not to buy any websites. I would suggest you to go for free templates that are available with just a search in the google. Also you can try bloggers. They are very friendly and a person doesn't need to anything about webpage designing. I was a dummy when I initially started google adsense and blogging around three years ago. I tried blogger and found it quite good.
