It says in the package that I have to enter the product keywithin 15 days or my product will stop working.

But I entered the product key when I first installed my product.

I dont get it?

btw it's Norton 360 All-In-One security Standard Edition.

You only need to enter it once. If you are getting a pop-up message that says it needs to be entered, it is possible you mistyped it originally, but not probable. Contact Norton.
