I recently built a website for my clinc http://www.wollaston-chiropractic-clinic.co.uk. I submitted it to google and google maps using their submission service. Can I also subit to other submission sites if they also resbmit to google and mulitple other search engines? I heard you can get banned or ignored if you submit to search engines more than once per month. Any advice appreciated.

You can submit more than once in a month, BUT make sure you don't do it often. Once google thinks you are SPAMMING then they will penalize you. I have submitted more than once in a month and it did not have any affect on my page rank. But if you use a submission service I would make sure they only submit once per month.
