I have the Trojan,Agent/Gen sometimes pop-up on my computer, but my spyware/antivirus systems(free) doesn't remove them it just denies it access.The spyware is called Vipre, I also have Avira Antivir Personal that denies them access, but does not remove. Try when you start the computer put it in safe mode and remove it there. To put it in safe mode turn on computer, but before the windows launches as in the bar with the 3 slots going side to side across a bar. and press F8 then put in safe mode and remove them.
