That is great to have simple advertisement that might become residual. On going money making opportunities are always an eye catcher. No doubt that lots and many people venture into this field of online work. How much are actually successful in generating a decent and livable amount. No doubting, not many people can do this. The ones that obviously advertise are the ones that get real traffic that aren't really there for the ads, but at least the heavy traffics allow a slight chance of them wanting something google advertises. I don't doubt that these both methods work. They do work, and they work very well when you qualify with either or. I've never integrated more than two Ad programs onto one website. I'm not sure if they will cancel out each other and both of them disqualifies your membership.

I have both adsense and adbrite. I have been with adsense long before and I find it better paying than adbrite. Though adsense is very strict considering that they will have to evaluate first the site whether it can be approved for adsense. For adbrite, however, its easy to start with but I have very few earnings on the clicks. So obviously I would consider adsense better in so far as earnings are concerned.
