If so, what did you think of them? Did you succeed with their program? What did you like or dislike? Is it MLM? What about the products? I am interested in hearing what you all have to say-please help me!

Has anyone ever done Melaleuca?
Hello I joined in September. So far I love it. I really like the products and I feel better about using them instead of the harmful chemicals I was using before. Now many people including myself were skeptical with them in the beginning. It does seem like it's like an MLM. THey do have there differences. One big difference is We don't have to have parties or deliver, sell, or stock anything. We simply refer others to shop with this great company, we also help others work from home. THese people sign up and then shop for themselves online or throught the phone. I do like to help them call in their orders the first couple months, or at least the first, to show them how easy it is and to make sure there info is correct and that they get the promotion going on for that month. I really like their anti-bacterial disinfectant. I can use it on my son's highchair or toys and not worry that it will harm him and it smells good too. THat's my favorite product. I like their toothpaste. The laundry detergent is concentrate and I only have to use 1 oz , so it saves me money. I like the lotion, it leaves my skin hydrated and cured my son's dry dry skin. I heard it can cure exzema too. My mom loves the vitamins and heart health pack. THe training with this company is excellent. Let me just tell you, I started in September and I talk with my mentor almost everyday if I have a question or something. And when I have a customer interested, she still helps me out. This is a team that is really there for you, at least my team is. To answer the succeeding part, I have barely begun, but I think I have succeeded already. Because I am more confident since I have started. I think it depends on what you will do, if you succeed. You do work the hours you want, but if you don't do anything you won't get anything. You have to be involved with everything going on. To tell you the truth, one thing I didn't like was waiting so long to get started. Because I was moving and joined at the same time. So my training took longer than most. I just wanted to get started right away, but I had to get through the training first.. One thing I do like, is that it will be a tax write off. I just spoke with my tax lady the other day and I can write off so much, it's really going to benefit my family. I can write off my computer, my utility bills, part of my house payment, car payment, gas, dinners, supplies, etc., and even the products I purchase for myself from this company. That in itself is worth it right there. If you haven't signed up yet, my team is so great. Contact me through my site at www.WellnessFamilyBiz.com . I personally get your contact info and can call you back ASAP... One more thing tomorrow MONday the 18th is the last day to get the $100 promotion of free products and the free bath bar gift set. We will be signing people all day. So if interested in that we can get you started tomorrow if you want. Lisa related resource: moving company

Thank you for the info. I think I'm not going to try. I wish there were other people to tell their opinion.

Some of their products are nice. But, I don't feel that they are worth the price. Also I have known people who have done it. And you need to buy so many points worth of stuff per month. They say its easy to do if you buy all your monthly detergents and such through them. Myself, it just wasn't worth the cost. Granted a few have done well with this.

Just to let you guys know, it is pretty much the same cost you would spend at the regular store. For example if you buy a bottle of all natural glass cleaner that is 4.99, it makes 4 spray bottles. Same with the rest of the cleaners. If you buy a 96 oz laundry detergent, well then it will do 96 loads of laundry, you will have to buy 4 of another detergent to make up the loads and would be higher in price. The toothpaste is less than 3 dollars and you only have to use a little. Most products are the same price or less and better quality and safer. Enrollment is $1.00 until end of December

I have been with Melaleuca for a few months now and I love them. It does have similarities with an mlm, however without the negatives. I can tell you that they are definatly risk free. I am a customer and a business builder. I love the products and since that is the only requirement I feel I have no real expenses. Rather melaleuca was cheaper then what I bought before and of course it all depends on how you shop now. For the business end I do all free advertising and so there is no expense there. I simply tell people about the company and sign them up and help them if they wish to do it as a business. I can tell you that I have just recently had my first customer cancel their membership and they told me they had no problems at all with getting their complete refund and it was simple to cancel. It isn't for everyone but it is all I know of that actually gives you back your money even on used up products. It can not hurt to give it a try. Now don't think they will make you a millionaire over night. You do have to work and it takes time to build. And of course the amount you make depends on the time you invest into it. it is very flexible. And it is possible to make enough to suppliment a full income in time. Really what is most important is who you sign up under, because the support you get makes all the difference. I owe a lot to my mentor. She is a stay at home mom of two and is doing very well. Also all payment is outlines in your business kit. There is no secrets and there is also a number to contact the company that answers all questions completely. If you wish for anymore help you may request me as a friend to send any questions you may have. I hope this helps you.

I considered working with them and came to the same conclusion as one of the other posters....it's more money than I want to invest or spend, either way you look at it. I don't spend $50 on households every month and if I were buying their concentrated products, I'd buy even less! Think about it, If you just bought four bottles of window cleaner...how long before you will need more? That would last me for two years! ((vinegar is an odaor remover and will leave windows clean and streak-free. It can be purchased at the grocery store for $1 per gallon.) I go to the dollar stores and buy the name brands for cheaper than most stores sell them. I only spend approximately $20-$30 a month. I also use many home remedies that are harmless to your health, cheaper and just as effective.
