What sort of punishment does this man desirve?

In my PERSONAL opinion? I think he should have to sit in a room and ONE BY ONE answer to the people he's screwed.I think these folks that do this and also the ones that create 'worms' and viruses or whatever really get some kind of sick joy out of it. I use the internet for information and entertainment. It's my playground. I'm glad this jack *** has been kicked off my playground!
Another idea for punishment.....Maybe stick his butt on a chain gang with NO internet access.
