What are the best cable trays for indoors?

I'm looking for cable trays to clean up the snake pit of cables in the data centre of our office. I was wondering what would be best for this

you will see lots of different ways of doing this.
there a 'flex hoses' that conceal the cables. there are cable ties that just group the cables together. you can also stick down them so that they don't move.
