Getting traffic to our is the only issue if we to earn with our websites.Better approach some other advertisers than google, as they may not place much restrictions.Thanks for your response.

How many of the my lot members owning and maintaining websites or blogs and earning from them by placing advertisements? Is it worth for the expenditure we are meeting to maintain them? If you are having what about the content of yours?

Hi,I have several websites and blogs all on different topics, all of which earn me money. I have different income streams on each site depending on the topic of the blog or website; things like adsense or clickbank etc if I find a good related affiliate product well I promote that, if it's more keyword orientated I have either adsense or bidvertiser or adbrite etc etc. You need to find what works for you and your blog or websites topic and then just work at it. To start with find a topic/subject you're really interested in whether that's a favourite hobby etc then build a site/blog around it: why you enjoy it, what you can do, different aspects of it etc etc.
